Mr. M. Ahsanul Hoque Chawdhury Titu is the founder and head of the chamber at Thames Alliance. He is a practising Advocate of the Hon’ble High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He earned his LL.M, LL.B (Hons) from the (University of London) and MSS in Social Welfare with specialization Victimology & Restorative Justice (VRJ), (University of Dhaka), Advocate Supreme Court of Bangladesh. Mr. Ahasan’s vast experience includes advising and representing countless the high net-worth individuals and numerous private entities in company and different type of litigation and appeal in both lower court and High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He has been a trusted legal advisor to many private organizations of Bangladesh. Mr. Ahasan’s legal expertise extends to arbitration proceedings and intellectual property matters. His contribution to both corporate litigation fields have earned him a stellar reputation within the legal fraternity in Bangladesh. Mr. Ariful Haque Rokon earned his LL.B (Hons) LL.M from the University of Rajshahi, Advocate Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He has worked as an associate lawyer for the leading Civil, Criminal and Corporate law firm, Faysal Hasan Arif & Associates, Bhuiyan Islam & Zaidi & Azad & Company and Mahbub & Company. Mr. Rokon has extensive knowledge and expertise in company matters, vetting and drafting of various agreements, banking and financial area, commercial law, property law, arbitration, intellectual property, international law, civil and criminal law and trademarks and patent law amongst others.
